Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT-Sicherheitskoordinator KI (m/w/d) to join our team at BWI GmbH, a leading IT service provider for the Bundeswehr and the Federal Government of Germany. The role involves overseeing IT security governance related to artificial intelligence projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting the development of secure AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IT security governance in AI projects.
• Coach and support departments in AI projects regarding IT security governance.
• Derive and advise on AI compliance requirements based on legal and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate and ensure governance aspects in programs and projects.
• Introduce new topics and innovations within IT security governance.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a degree with IT focus or equivalent.
• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in information security.
• Project experience is advantageous.
• Experience in the areas mentioned, especially in artificial intelligence.
• Excellent knowledge in IT security and modernized BSI IT baseline protection.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
