Responsibilities
tiesOwn the product planning and iteration of EMI-related products and financial service capabilities, including account systems, payment services, and fund flow managem
ent.Collaborate with compliance, legal, and operations teams to support EMI license application, regulatory onboarding, and ongoing compliance requireme
nts.Design and optimize banking service flows, including account opening, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, payment processing, reconciliation, and safeguarding mechani
sms.Monitor key business and operational metrics such as onboarding conversion, payment success rate, transaction processing efficiency, and compliance-related indicat
ors.Analyze operational issues and user pain points related to banking and payment services, and drive systematic optimization soluti
ons.Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure product solutions align with regulatory requirements, operational standards, and business objectives in EEA jurisdicti
ons.Conduct market and regulatory research to identify opportunities for new financial products and infrastructure capabilities in the European mar
Requirements
5+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payment, or financial product manage
ment.Familiar with EMI business models, payment systems, and core banking service proce
sses.Understanding of European financial regulations, including KYC/KYB, AML, safeguarding, and transaction monitoring requirem
ents.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive complex financial product initiat
ives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across compliance, operations, engineering, and external part
ners.Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environ
Preferred Qualifications
ationsExperience supporting EMI license applications or working with regulated financial institu
tions.Experience with European banking services, SEPA/SWIFT payment systems, or card issuing/acquiring pro
ducts.Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, cross-border payments, or fintech infrastru
cture.Familiarity with treasury management, safeguarding operations, or reconciliation sy
