Key Responsibilities Strategic Reporting: Direct report to Head of Payments EU / Managing Director of Bybit Payments GmbH. Product Ownership: Lead the lifecycle of payment products including accounts, international transfers, cards, digital payments, digital wallets, FIAT currencies and stablecoins (e-money tokens). Business Development: Act as business development and sales expert for our payment products. You will drive B2B client acquisition, accompany the sales team in high-level pitches, advise corporate clients on API integrations for both fiat and EMT flows, establish strategic channel partnerships, and translate market demands directly into the product roadmap.
