Responsible for the German residential energy storage market, establishing and managing an efficient distribution network. Possess competitor analysis and cross-disciplinary learning capabilities to bring innovative perspectives to channel strategies. Key Responsibilities Market deliver regular analysis reports. Cross-Industry Channel Study – Research channel models in related industries (PV, heat pumps, smart home) within Germany; extract best practices for adaptation. Full-Cycle Distributor Management – Visit distributors regularly to understand their operations and sales models; assist in solving business issues and driving performance. Installer Network Development – Conduct weekly/monthly site visits to refine installer profiles and build a knowledge base; promote installer cooperation and training. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above. Overseas channel management experience in energy storage, PV, or related fields; German market experience will be preferred. Fluent in English and German (Chinese proficiency a plus). Willingness to travel frequently (within Germany and neighboring European countries).
