KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide level 2 warranty support to the network.
- Planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners.
- Create and hold online training sessions when necessary and support creation of e‑learnings, webinars, and tutorial videos.
- Work closely together with the quality department, level 2 technical support and the Area Service Managers.
- Responsible for organizing and executing warranty audits.
- Perform warranty analysis based on historical data.
- Perform dispersion analysis and management of the dealer network.
- Work closely with level 1 warranty claim management.
- Responsible for pre‑approval and goodwill assessment process.
- Ad hoc activities and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong warranty management and auditing background.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/E‑mobility within importer or OEM.
- Organised with communication skills and an understanding of cultural differences, regulations. Self‑learning, ability to discover and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German; English is a must.
- High‑level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Must hold a valid driver licence for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
