About the role
In order to enable the strong growth of our company, BYD Europe is looking for an HR Intern to join our young, international HR team with a passion for innovation and a can-do attitude.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in interview arrangement and coordination.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist in supporting and organizing training project.
- Assist in the development and organization of various activities.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and reimbursing expenses.
- Assist HR department in preparing report materials.
- Assist HR department in data analysis and document translation.
- Communicate with other departments as a coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn HRIS software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus, but not required.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
