We play a leading role in supporting our customers in their wide-ranging product development, from the initial idea through to approval and possible transfer to our production facilities.

We are looking for a full-time position as soon as possible:

IT Administrator (m / f / d)

Responsibilities:

• Operation, monitoring and further development of the technical infrastructure including server systems with VMware, backup systems, locking systems, time recording systems, alarm systems, and telephone systems.
• Operation, monitoring and further development of the BYTEC network including switches, routers, firewalls, and remote access.
• Performance analysis through the provision of data and the creation of reports.
• User administration for the various systems.
• Developing IT solutions for new requirements.
• Accompanying the update of our ERP system ProAlpha.

Your profile:

• Windows, Linux, and Exchange server administration.
• Network services (AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, …).
• Virtualization on the basis of VMware.
• Shell scripting (Bash, Power Shell).
• Team and communication skills.
• Structured thinking / analytical competence.
• Flexibility, solution orientation.
• Independent, careful, and structured working style.
• High degree of initiative, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills.
