Responsibilities

Volcano Engine.

Volcano Engine is a cloud & AI service platform owned by Bytedance. It opens the growth methods, technical capabilities and application tools accumulated during Bytedance's rapid development to external companies, helping companies build digital capabilities such as experience innovation, data-driven and agile iteration. Achieve sustainable business growth.

  • Market insight, identify the key automobile and enbodied AI companies in Euro region, also identiy the ecosystem partners of this industry, such as software, algorithm, hardware, manufcaturing providers.
  • Establish relationships with the with this industry customers and maintain good interaction between Volcano and customers.
  • Acquisition, tracking and competing product analysis of key project information, and overseeing delivery working closely with the solution team.
  • Cooperate with the team in China to maintain the relationship with the European headquarters and help to obtain project opportunities.
  • Responsible for automotive industry product sales for Volcano Engine in Europe. Mainly focus on passenger and non-passenger vehicle OEMs, dealers, suppliers, mobility services providers.
  • Achieve sales target through achieving sales directly, improving relationships and volume of work with current partners and growing awareness of our solutions in the region.
  • Analyze the changes in customer needs, and provide suggestions for the company to improve its products and solutions.
  • Attend local and international industry events in order to network, grow our market presence and present our solutions to the wider industry.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud, AI, or Automotive industry sales, with demonstrated experience in direct customer engagement and complex deal negotiations within the European market.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in B2B technology solution selling or a closely related field, including hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure, AI services, or digital transformation solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering sales pipeline management and revenue target achievement within the automotive sector, in a multinational or cross-regional business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (verified through official academic credentials).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) at a professional working proficiency level, objectively assessed through interview and business communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with LLM, cloud services, autonomous driving solutions, digital cockpit solutions, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Established customer relationships with key automotive players such as Mercedes‑Benz, Volkswagen, and BMW.
