Game Analyst

At Bytro, we are shaping the future of mobile F2P strategy games and are on the lookout for a Game Analyst to help us launch a new game on a recognized IP by analyzing game KPI performance and growing our player base.

What You\’ll Do

1. Work as part of a game team to successfully launch our new game on a recognized IP.
2. Set up effective data visualizations primarily in Tableau.
3. Shape and maintain database structures and data hygiene.
4. Develop methods to examine and evaluate player behavior.
5. Perform statistical and graphical analyses for ongoing game performance and long-term projections.
6. Evaluate A/B and multivariate tests, conduct problem analyses, and generate actionable insights for feature development.
7. Shape and maintain ETL and data integration pipelines.
8. Recommend precise courses of action to management and the game team, and represent complex data relationships with clear, understandable graphs and reports.

Must-have Requirements

1. 2-3 years of experience in a data-driven role within the gaming industry.
2. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
3. Ability to work with various data platforms and tools such as Snowflake or dbt.
4. Experience in applying statistical methods and working with large datasets.
5. Excellent written and spoken English skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.

Nice-to-have Requirements

1. Expertise in Tableau, Snowflake, and dbt.
2. Experience with scripting languages such as R or Python.
3. Strong game affinity with an understanding of gaming products and player behavior.
4. Experience in the technical aspects of data architecture or data engineering.
