This is your chance to join the C&A team as a Business Navigator Financial Communication (m/f/d)!
We are looking for a driven professional to join our team in organizing and managing key financial reporting processes that support decision-making at the highest levels. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting crucial financial information for the Management Team, Supervisory Board, and Shareholders, including the monthly COFRA package and annual/midterm financial reports. You will play an essential role in both external communications with key stakeholders such as banks and suppliers, and internal communications with senior leadership, including ELT, Townhall, CFO-Functions, and Business Navigation.
In addition, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of a holistic enterprise reporting structure, proactively monitoring business performance and offering valuable insights and recommendations. This position is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the financial direction of the organization and help drive business success.
Your responsibilities
- Execute all relevant financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to clear deadlines and organize how to achieve this within the finance community.
- Build a network in business navigation and business to understand numbers and rationales.
- Support decision-making for top management, the supervisory board, and shareholders.
- Tell compelling stories to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Develop and optimize month-end close and planning processes from a reporting perspective.

- All BN Functions in center and markets and corporate Finance.
- Management Team and ELT as recipients
- CIA
- Transformation Office
What you bring
- Strong financial and commercial understanding combined with high accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Storytelling and creativity.
- Good understanding of the company’s business processes and data flow.
- Ability to understand complex business problems and design outcomes that accurately capture the complexity of these problems.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, including Think Cell.
- Flexibility, as the workload may increase close to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, openness to agile ways of working, and the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Completed studies in economics or a comparable qualification.
- Passion for reporting and presentations.
- Experience working with people in an agile team.
- Experience in project work and support in project management.
- Fluency in English.
