The CMO will have overall responsibility for C SEED's global marketing and sales strategy, with the objective of increasing international brand awareness, strengthening our global sales network and delivering sustainable revenue growth. The position combines strategic brand leadership with a strong commercial and hands‑on sales responsibility. The CMO will work closely with the CEO and management team and will play a key role in shaping C SEED's future international development. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute C SEED's global marketing and sales strategy Take overall responsibility for achieving international sales and revenue targets Lead and further develop the global sales team and international dealer network Expand C SEED's presence in key markets, particularly the USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia Develop relationships with high‑end AV integrators, architects, interior designers, developers, luxury retailers and other strategic partners Strengthen C SEED's positioning as a leading global luxury technology and design brand Develop and manage international marketing, PR, digital and social media activities Build strategic collaborations with leading luxury, automotive, design and lifestyle brands Develop showroom and point‑of‑sale concepts with selected international partners Establish clear sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting and KPI reporting Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and strategic partnerships Personally support and lead major international sales opportunities and key accounts Represent C SEED at international exhibitions, events, partner meetings and customer presentations Work closely with product development to translate market requirements and customer feedback into future products Position Requirements and Qualifications:

We are looking for a commercially driven executive who understands that C SEED is not simply selling televisions, but exceptional technology and design experiences. The ideal candidate brings: Senior management experience in international sales and marketing Proven track record in building and growing premium or luxury brands Strong experience in international B2B and high‑value sales Experience in luxury goods, consumer electronics, AV technology, architecture, interior design, automotive, yachting or a comparable premium industry Strong international network and ability to develop relationships at executive and owner level Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on measurable results Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Excellent English; additional languages are an advantage Willingness to travel internationally What C SEED Offers
