Your mission
As Office Manager, you are the heart of our office and ensure that our team can work in a productive, inspiring environment. You will support day-to-day operations, organise team events and coordinate research and travel to ensure our office runs optimally and reflects our values.

What You’ll Do:

1. Coordinate daily office operations, manage supplies, and maintain a welcoming environment.
2. Organize company events (team-building, celebrations) and procure branded items.
3. Assist with travel bookings, schedule coordination, and presentation prep for leadership.
4. Support new hires, welcome visitors, and continuously improve office processes.
