About us
C1Green Chemicals AG develops and scales new chemical processes from the lab to pilot scale. Our teams span catalysis labs, synthesis labs, engineering and a pilot facility. Your lab work directly feeds into upscaling and pilot trials. We move fast, learn continuously and care deeply about safety and quality.
What you'll do
- Prepare catalytic solutions and carry out experiments in autoclaves under high‑pressure conditions
- Take reaction samples and perform analytical preparation for GC and NMR measurements
- Develop and optimise analytical methods for organic solutions, including titration methods in organic media
- Maintain laboratory and analytical equipment
- Support the practical operation and organisation of the laboratory environment
- Document experimental work carefully and maintain accurate laboratory and analytical records
Your profile
Must‑haves
- Completed training as a CTA (Chemisch‑technische Assistenz), chemical laborant or equivalent laboratory qualification
- Experience with analytical techniques such as LGC, IR, NMR or titration in organic media
- Careful, structured and safety‑conscious working style
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good German and English language skills
Nice‑to‑haves
- Experience with Schlenk, glovebox or air‑/moisture‑sensitive compounds.
- Hands‑on laboratory experience in analytical method development for organic solutions
- Experience in working with pressurised systems
- Familiarity with maintenance and troubleshooting of analytical instruments
