Overview As a pivotal member of the Vacheron Constantin Finance Central Team, you will play an essential role in executing our ambitious Finance Roadmap built on the pillars of Value Creation, Business Partnering, Data Transformation and People Development.
This highly visible position requires exceptional collaboration, strong partnerships across internal functions and Market teams, and the ability to translate complex financial analyses into clear, actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and promote a culture of financial excellence.
Responsibilities Act as the primary financial partner for selected international markets, conducting in‑depth analysis, rigorous forecast reviews, and meticulous performance monitoring.
Lead consolidation of market forecasts, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
Drive improvements in financial communication channels and tools between Headquarters and international markets to foster transparency and efficiency.
Conduct thorough margin analysis, identify key drivers and develop actionable strategies to optimise profitability.
Oversee and manage stock financial data, reviewing provision requirements to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Support the Manufacturing Controlling team in launching initiatives aimed at streamlining transactional processes and developing automated solutions.
Actively contribute to and lead strategic projects focused on driving efficiencies and building a robust financial infrastructure for long‑term growth.
What Will Make You Successful?
Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance or Controlling roles, ideally in an international context.
In‑depth knowledge and practical application of IFRS standards.
Proficiency with advanced analytics tools and ERP systems (e. g., SAP, Anaplan, GCP keen interest in leveraging AI for financial insights is highly valued.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Service‑oriented mindset, eager and able to work across multi‑functional teams.
Positive attitude, growth mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent communication skills in English and French.
