The Senior Operations Controller is a strategic finance partner supporting the Operations departments. He/she drives financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis across operations, while supporting transversal topics such as costing, margin analysis, CAPEX and digital transformation. He/She will also have the mission of establishing, developing and leading the new Customer Service Controlling activity. He/She will report to the Operations Performance Controlling Senior Manager. Responsibilities
Business Partner Operations
Act as the financial business partner to Operations departments (Stones, Purchasing, Innovation, Logistics, etc.) Produce and analyze consolidated reporting for Operations departments Ensure reliability and ownership of financial data Deliver insightful analysis on performance, trends, and risks
Operations & Métiers Reporting
Consolidate all financial information related to Operations & Métiers department Ensure data quality, participate in data collection process improvement Participate in the elaboration of a "control tower" view of the Operations & Métiers department
Controlling Leadership for Customer Service
Establish, develop, and lead the controlling function for the Customer Service division, which is currently non-existent in close collaboration with our Retail Customer Service department Define and implement comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes specifically tailored for Customer Service. Provide in-depth financial analysis of Customer Service performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making. Define and monitor KPIs for Customer Service, ensuring the achievement of financial objectives.
B&O and Purchases Controlling
Establish, develop and lead the controlling of the O&M Real Estate cost by ensuring a full understanding of our costs, making sure benchmarks and best practices are clear for stakeholders Be the single-entry point of contact for Indirect Purchases, both for VCA and Group Controlling
Digital & Reporting Transformation
Drive reporting improvements and automation initiatives Participate in deployment of reporting tools (e.g., Looker, dashboards) Anticipate business needs and propose innovative solutions
