Project Description<\/h2>We are enabling the rollout of a future -proof, ISO -compliant Level -3 Manage Assets process and IT solution across multiple Distribution System Operators (DSOs). Building on a successful pilot, the program will standardize processes, tools, and roles, creating an IT platform that supports efficiency, compliance, and innovation during the energy transition.<\/p>Objectives<\/h2>The goal is to deliver a fully implemented solution across all participating DSOs, including a harmonized Manage Assets process, a standardized tool and role framework, synergized risk and environmental analysis capabilities, and ISO 55001 compliance. The program will also serve as a pilot for future initiatives such as Workforce Management (WFM) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).<\/p>Engagement Activities<\/h2>Our team is managing the overall program management; leading rollout management; PMO; driving user -centric design; leading testing, data migration, and integrations.<\/p>Role Mission<\/h2>Own end -to -end delivery of features and interfaces across rollout waves and feature releases – from development and configuration through testing and release readiness – ensuring on -time, high -quality go -lives aligned with IT security and compliance.<\/p>Core Responsibilities<\/h2>Own end -to -end feature delivery for product releases and rollout waves to additional business units.<\/li>Drive delivery governance to protect scope, timeline, and quality across all stakeholders.<\/li>Track progress, communicate risks early, and drive mitigation.<\/li>Coordinate resources and dependencies across internal teams, service providers, and vendors.<\/li>Ensure IT security and compliance requirements are met throughout delivery.<\/li><\/ul>Required Expertise<\/h2>DevOps delivery experience working closely with business, developers, and testers in JIRA.<\/li>Release and delivery planning across complex, multi -stakeholder environments.<\/li>Interface, architecture, and integration expertise, including APIs and MuleSoft (optional).<\/li>Preferably experience in the energy networks sector, ideally in asset and portfolio management.<\/li><\/ul>Required Capabilities<\/h2>Delivery ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just coordination.<\/li>Strong stakeholder management across Product Owners, IT, test teams, vendors, and business units.<\/li>Clear program -level communication (English and German) to create transparency on progress and risks.<\/li>Ability to align diverse interests and drive decisions under ambiguity.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
