E-comm Promotion & CLU Manager is responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of promotions across the e-commerce channels (Web & App).

Your responsibilities

1. Build a strategy for promotional effectiveness in demand & profitability across e-commerce channels, countries, and assortment.
2. Implement the strategy with the wider E-Commerce organization.
3. Focus on a customer-led full funnel approach (acquire, convert, & retain customers).
4. Communicate and brief development, UX, and marketing teams on digital experiences needed across the consumer journey to increase engagement and conversion.
5. (Co-)build a 365 brand/retail calendar across channels with brand/retail moments campaigns.
6. Lead & prepare weekly & daily trade to achieve our plan with modern scorecards based on OKRs & KPIs for promotions.
7. Ensure omnichannel alignment on promotions, campaigns, and activations to support our omnichannel strategy.
8. Collaborate with the Consumer Engagement Leader to build connected membership journeys.
9. Deliver on seasonal and yearly promotional targets.
10. Work with E-commerce sales and operations teams to ensure a solid S&OP process, maintaining the right stock levels for digital channels.
11. Contribute to developing new market and channel penetration strategies in collaboration with sales, country leads, and merchandise teams.
