This is your chance to join the C&A team as a Shared Services & Accounting Process Senior Manager (m/f/d)!As Shared Services & Accounting Process Senior Manager, you will manage and continuously strengthen the partnership between C&A and its Shared Service Centre provider, DXC.Your responsibilitiesManage the partnership between C&A and DXC, acting as the primary contact for all accounting shared service activitiesEstablish an effective governance framework, including operational reviews, steering committees, performance monitoring and structured issue resolutionManage SLAs and KPIs, ensuring that agreed service levels, quality standards and efficiency targets are consistently achievedLead the migration and expansion of accounting activities to the Shared Service Centre, from business case development and transition planning to implementation and stabilisationDrive C&A’s Accounting 2030 vision and improve end-to-end accounting processes through standardisation, automation, enhanced quality and sustainable cost efficienciesStrengthen the internal control framework for shared service accounting processes and ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements and relevant regulatory standards, including ISAE statementsLead strategic Finance initiatives, including audit tenders, accounting-related CSRD implementation, AI within Accounting, system enhancements and other transformation projectsWhat you bringA university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related fieldAt least seven years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, Business Process Management or Finance TransformationStrong knowledge of accounting processes, financial controls and shared service operating modelsDemonstrated experience in leading cross-functional transformation or process improvement projects, including process migrations and change managementExperience with service governance, SLA and KPI management, internal controls and external audit interactionsStrong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to manage complex outsourcing relationships and influence senior stakeholdersExcellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational executionExperience working across multiple countries, functions and organisational levels, as well as experience with ERP environments such as SAP S/4HANAWhat we offerThis is an opportunity for you to join us on a truly exciting transformation journey, where you’ll be able to leave footprints that last and contribute significantly to our vision.
