Your responsibilities at C&A
- You will own the creative directions for C&A – ensures consistency of our look and feel as well as tone of voice across campaigns, touchpoints and Divisions
- Further develops our creative guidelines
- Creative Lead for our Campaigns, including campaign development, briefing & production - for omnichannel campaigns including TV, print, digital, windows and in-store
- Coaching of our creative colleagues across all areas to improve the quality and consistency of our creative output
- Drives in particular the step-up of our look and feel in the digital and e-com channels
- Establishes a continuous line of focus with strong emphasis on sustainability throughout all communication and translates it into an emotional basis for building and strengthening the C&A brand
