Your Responsibilities at C&A
- Support in assessing the training needs and creation of a corresponding training offer
- Organisational preparation and follow-up of all training activities
- Assess training activities and apply continuous improvement principles
- Communicate and promote the Learning & Development activities across the Head Quarter
- Maintain and update the department’s intranet pages
- Track and data input of relevant KPIs and preparetion of monthly and quarterly KPI-Reports
- Administer the Onboarding and the Onboarding Training Days
