The VM Manager plays a key role in developing the divisional VM strategy as well as how it’s executed on the shop floor. This position uses the “science & art” of VM to drive sales and deliver upon expected KPIs.
Your Responsibilities at C&A
- Develop easy to interpret VM Communication to be executed on the shop floor
- Partners with the merchants to understand the collection and needs of the buying organization by attending divisional strategy meetings
- Works with the merchants/VM planners during the collection building process to ensure the line can be effectively merchandised on the shop floor to deliver commercial expectations
- Drives the creation of the monthly VM communication
- Foster open, two sided communication and feedback with the merchant organization
- Supports the Unit Leader on VM projects as needed
