Housekeeper - Family Assistant As part of our family, we are looking for a family assistant to contribute to the smooth running of our home.
We wish to establish a lasting relationship with a trustworthy, reliable, discreet, organized person who is deeply invested in their role.
This versatile position combines childcare, daily household management, and support for the parents.
Main missions- Ensure the transport of children between home, school, and extracurricular activities.- Ensure their safety, well-being, and comfort during periods of care.- Prepare breakfast, snacks, and some meals.- Ensure routine maintenance of the home (cleaning, laundry, tidying).- Carry out shopping and daily errands.- Participate actively in the organization and smooth running of the house, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
The position is organized mainly in the early morning, during the day, and in the late afternoon, for an activity rate of approximately 50%.
Profile sought We are looking for a person:- Speaking French perfectly.- Holding a valid driver's license.- Having a personal vehicle allowing the transport of children.- Benefiting from a work permit in Switzerland.- Non-smoker.- Holding a valid first aid certificate (BLS-AED or equivalent).- Organized, autonomous, punctual, and rigorous.- Kind with children, while knowing how to show calm, discernment, and authority when circumstances require it.- Discreet and respectful of the confidentiality inherent in an activity carried out within a private home.
Successful experience in a comparable role with a private family will be an asset.
