Your responsibilities

1. Lead Financial Consolidation: Oversee IFRS-compliant consolidation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze consolidated reports, ensuring timely financial closures.
3. Collaboration with Local Teams: Align accounting policies and reporting standards with local finance teams.
4. Drive Innovation: Lead automation and digitalization of financial reporting processes.
5. Support External Audits: Provide necessary documentation and explanations for audits.
6. Technical Accounting Guidance: Advise on complex transactions and intercompany reconciliations.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide financial insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
8. Process Optimization: Implement best practices to optimize financial reporting processes.

Your profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance, accounting, or taxation or a related field.
2. Several years of professional experience in financial accounting and group accounting according to IFRS.
3. Detail-oriented, conscientious, and results-driven work approach.
4. Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a strong service orientation.
5. Strong numerical affinity and good knowledge of systems and internal process design.
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English and German.
