Your responsibilities
- Lead Financial Consolidation: Oversee IFRS-compliant consolidation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze consolidated reports, ensuring timely financial closures.
- Collaboration with Local Teams: Align accounting policies and reporting standards with local finance teams.
- Drive Innovation: Lead automation and digitalization of financial reporting processes.
- Support External Audits: Provide necessary documentation and explanations for audits.
- Technical Accounting Guidance: Advise on complex transactions and intercompany reconciliations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide financial insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Implement best practices to optimize financial reporting processes.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance, accounting, or taxation or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting and group accounting according to IFRS.
- Detail-oriented, conscientious, and results-driven work approach.
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a strong service orientation.
- Strong numerical affinity and good knowledge of systems and internal process design.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and German.
