Overview
As Senior Program Finance Manager in Stuttgart, you partner with the Program Manager and PMO to ensure financial performance for a DoD program serving 12,000 customers across 8 countries. You’ll own program financials, forecasting, and reporting, while aligning with government and customer requirements. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive cost control, planning, and decision support in a high-impact, international setting. This role offers influence over financial strategy and hands-on leadership within a central PMO.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead program financial operations in line with customer processes and reporting requirements
- Forecast, plan, and provide financial analysis to support decision-making and contractual commitments
- Prepare, review, and submit invoices; manage cost, funding, and labor charging
- Develop and enforce travel and purchasing controls (TAR, RIP) with quality checks
- Support annual operating plans, monthly/quarterly/annual updates
- Create and maintain financial controls, forecasting methods, and status reporting for contract/programs
- Monitor EACs and cost performance against plans to meet contractual obligations
- Mentor and lead other finance personnel and set project goals
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of Federal Program Finance experience
- Active Top-Secret Clearance, SCI Eligible
- Strong expertise in DoD/Army program finance, cost analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Proven ability to develop financial reports and perform cost optimization
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and cross-project financial management
- Advanced financial operations and analytics, with attention to government and customer requirements
- Experience with travel and purchasing processes and controls
