Overview
In this role you will design, program and maintain enterprise AV/VTC systems to support EUCOM missions in Stuttgart, collaborating with engineering teams and field staff. You will standardize AV rooms, implement video teleconferencing, control surfaces, and digital signage, and ensure reliable networked operations. The position emphasizes hands-on programming, troubleshooting, and user training in dynamic environments. You will contribute to mission-critical operations and travel as needed to customer sites.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Standardize enterprise AV room configurations and implement AV/VTC systems
- Design and install AV solutions including video conferencing, lighting, displays, and C2 operation centers
- Collaborate with engineering to define network requirements and architecture for AV systems
- Develop templates and intuitive user interfaces for AMX/Crestron-controlled environments
- Document and maintain AV/IT operating procedures and SOPs
- Provide AV programming, audio design, and control-system support across rooms; troubleshoot hardware and touch panel interfaces
- Mentor junior AV/VTC staff and provide training
- Maintain and update VTC control devices in EUCOM Mission Command Center (EMCC) and support other VTC rooms as needed
- Conduct user training, status briefs, and operational guides; provide initial issue resolution; offer remote or on-site support as required

- Adjudicated Top Secret/SCI clearance
- US Citizenship
- Bachelor or equivalent with 7+ years specialized experience, or AA/AS with 9+ years, or major cert with 11+ years, or 13 years of relevant experience
- AMX/Crestron certifications
- CCNA – Video (Collaboration)
- DOD 8570 IAT2 compliance (Security+ or equivalent)
