Overview
As a Solutions Engineer at CACI, you will translate business objectives into executable engineering solutions within the Systems Architecture - IT group, driving integrated initiatives from conception to implementation. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, assess requirements, and shape design plans to support national security missions. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical work to deliver impactful engineering outcomes. This position is onsite in Stuttgart and offers opportunities to influence engineering standards and continuous improvement.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Chair the Integrated Engineering Working Group for assigned demands and projects
- Translate business objectives into technical solutions
- Assess skill requirements and resource needs
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering disciplines and stakeholders
- Create Demand technical assessment packages and present recommendations
- Partner with Project Managers on charter development and milestone planning
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and design reviews
- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements from diverse stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop Engineering Design Plans
- Present design solutions to leadership
- Serve as technical liaison between business units and engineering
- Partner with Chief Engineer to refine engineering processes
- Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience, or Associate's Degree and 7 years' experience, or High School Diploma and 11 years' experience
