Overview
In this role you will support EUCOM's Knowledge Management team by designing user-centered KM solutions that boost efficiency and decision-making. You collaborate with staff to capture requirements, map processes, and implement platforms across classification levels. You apply Lean, Agile, and design thinking to standardize KM practices and drive adoption through training and guides. You build SharePoint Online sites, Power Platform apps, and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions while aligning with DoD data governance and cybersecurity standards. This position offers impact across enterprise knowledge flows in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Collaborate with USEUCOM staff to capture requirements and define use cases
- Translate operational needs into KM solutions and map business processes
- Apply Lean, Agile, and design thinking to standardize KM practices
- Develop and deliver training, workshops, and user guides to drive tool adoption
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders and action officers
- Design, implement, and improve KM platforms and digital workflows
- Develop SharePoint Online sites, lists, forms, permissions, and admin responsibilities
- Build Power Platform applications, automated workflows, and Power BI dashboards
- Integrate KM solutions with enterprise IT services and ensure DoD compliance
- Maintain system documentation, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI
- Ability to obtain a TESA visa in Germany with applicable education/experience thresholds
- Experience with custom-developed Microsoft Power Apps / Model Driven Apps
- 5+ years in business process analysis/engineering with process mapping
- 5+ years administering SharePoint (2016/2019/Online) including permissions and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Power BI, and workflow tools (Power Automate, SharePoint Designer)
- Experience in KM or process reengineering in a military HQ or joint command environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to brief senior leaders in a collaborative setting
- Demonstrated expertise in qualitative user research methods and structured interviews
- DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certification
