Overview
In this role you will administer and secure CSfC-enabled networks for a DoD organization in Stuttgart, Germany. You will maintain infrastructure, endpoints, and VPN-based security while providing frontline user support and system maintenance. You’ll work within a mission-focused, cross-functional environment supporting AFRICOM, EUCOM and CJTF-HOA objectives. The position offers OCONUS travel and a strong emphasis on security posture and rapid problem resolution.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Maintain CSfC network, domains, applications, and End User Devices
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain CSfC infrastructure devices (routers, domain controllers, VPN devices, etc.) and EUD devices
- Provide 24/7 security administration for encryption endpoints and ensure up-to-date security patches
- Front line end-user support and collaboration with IA, software systems engineering, and asset management
- Perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on workstations and related hardware/software
- Manage user accounts, system documentation, performance tuning, and patch implementation
- Plan and oversee system upgrades; analyze faults and run diagnostics on OS and hardware
- Interface with vendors for trouble calls and support project-level environment requirements
- Escalate and track problems by priority; produce management information for problem management
- Communicate clearly with clients and users; adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI
- BA/BS + 3 years specialized experience OR AA/AS + 7 years specialized OR major cert + 7 years OR 11 years specialized experience
- CCNA Certification (R&S, Collaboration, or equivalent) OR CompTIA Security+ (IAT II or greater)
- Experience with Cisco Routers and Switches
- Experience with Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems and networking
