Overview
As a Data Integration & AI Automation Engineer, you will support US Army Europe & Africa Intelligence Directorate and ACIC Region V, embedded in Germany, driving data modernization and automated intelligence workflows. You’ll engineer ontology-driven integrations across MSS, Palantir Foundry, Vantage, and cArmy, building real-time tracking and visualization for a unified CI picture. You’ll stand up decision-support capabilities, modernize dashboards, and implement secure data pipelines while training government personnel. This role blends data engineering, automation, and mission-focused analytics in a high-stakes setting.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead enterprise data modernization and mission automation across ACIC Region V
- Engineer ontology-driven integrations across MSS, Palantir Foundry, Vantage, and cArmy
- Design and deploy intelligent software agents to automate analytic workflows and reporting
- Build real/near-real-time operational tracking and visualization for a unified counterintelligence picture
- Develop holistic data ecosystem with open standards and APIs; architect data management and integration strategies
- Design, test, and deploy secure data pipelines and auto-generation of intelligence products
- Create specialized tracking/visualization tools (GIS mapping, dashboards, watchlists)
- Stand up MSS decision-support on IL6 SIPR/NIPR; configure hybrid multi-cloud within cArmy
- Modernize manual processes into dynamic dashboards; provide AI/ML-enabled tools
- Support data governance, validation, and documentation (SOPs, diagrams)
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Must hold TS/SCI clearance (polygraph capable) and be US citizen
- Bachelor’s + 3 years OR Associate’s + 7 years OR major certification + 7 years OR 11 years of recent specialized experience
- Hands-on data/platform integration and API engineering in secure, high-availability environments
- Proficiency with Palantir Foundry OSDK (TypeScript, Python) and SQL
- Experience with big-data tools (Apache Spark or Hadoop)
- Experience designing secure data pipelines, knowledge graphs, and cross-enclave data management with RBAC
- Ability to build operational dashboards and GIS visualizations; familiarity with Tableau/Power BI and ArcGIS
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; excellent communication and collaboration with analysts and operators
