alignment with the OCG Strategy and broader HR Transformation objectives. /p pThe role is responsible for service delivery, product ownership, roadmap and backlog management, activity as well as budget planning, team management, shared tenant collaboration and continuous improvement of LIGO / Workday, which was recently deployed within OCG. /p pAs LIGO is a core pillar of OCG HR Transformation, the role translates strategic objectives into sustainable operational delivery, while progressively building the governance, capacity and ways of working required for long-term service continuity and a future transition under IT. /p h3Tasks Responsibilities /h3 pHRIS Service Delivery and Product Ownership /p ul liAct as Product Owner for LIGO from an OCG perspective, managing the roadmap and backlog in line with HR strategic priorities, user needs, operational requirements and shared tenant constraints. /li liPrioritise system evolutions, enhancements and corrective actions based on business value, service impact, feasibility, risks, resources and budget. /li liEnsure continuity, stability and quality of LIGO services across support, incident management, service requests, functional administration, integrations, releases, enhancements and continuous improvement. /li liCoordinate with HR stakeholders, user groups, IT, TMA (Tierce Maintenance Applicative) providers, global LIGO roles and other partners to ensure effective delivery and resolution of issues. /li /ul pUser Experience, Adoption, Data and Continuous Improvement /p ul liEnsure that user experience, adoption and change management are embedded in the design, delivery and evolution of LIGO services. /li liOversee communication, training, user support, feedback collection and adoption the LIGO service delivery budget, including internal resources, external support, TMA services, maintenance, enhancements, training and adoption activities, taking into account constraints (resource, budget, shared tenant). /li liContribute to defining a sustainable resourcing and funding model for LIGO as the service matures and prepares for a future IT-based operating model. /li /ul pGovernance, Collaboration and Future Operating Model /p ul liRepresent OCG in shared Workday tenant governance and contribute to a coherent, sustainable and collaborative operating model with other MSF entities, representing the broader OCG stakeholders /li liDefine and promote clear ways of working for prioritisation, impact assessment, decision-making, releases, testing, tenant administration, data, preserving business proximity and HR strategic alignment.) /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 pExperience and Knowledge /p ul liSignificant understanding of MSF, and/ or humanitarian settings constraints and operations centred service orientation mindset. /li liSignificant experience in HRIS service delivery, product ownership, application management or HR transformation, ideally with Workday or another integrated HRIS. /li liStrong understanding of HR processes, HR operating models, digital HR services and post-go-live / RUN environments. /li liExperience leading multidisciplinary teams across business, functional, technical, support, user experience and adoption roles. /li liExperience in roadmap management, backlog prioritisation, stakeholder arbitration, activity planning, budget
