To strengthen our team in the Supplementary Benefits division, we are looking for a Legal Officer (40 to 60%) Your tasks
Drafting decisions on objections in the field of supplementary benefits, particularly for French-speaking cases.
Representing the Compensation Fund of the Canton of Bern before the Administrative Court and the Federal Court.
Advising colleagues responsible for case processing as well as specialists.
Analysing legal and societal developments to identify measures to be implemented within the service.
Your profile
University degree in law; a lawyer’s licence is an advantage.
Several years of professional experience within the legal department of a company, an administration or a law firm.
In-depth knowledge of property law, family law, inheritance law and procedural law.
Experience in conducting judicial proceedings.
Bilingualism (German and French) is essential for this role.
Professional experience in the field of social insurance law is desirable.
