Your mission:
- Digitisation and filing of client files in our CRM - Processing corrections and modifications of invoices - Opening and distribution of mail - Drafting commercial correspondence - Updating and occasional cleaning of our databases
Your profile:
- With commercial, medical or administrative training (CFC or equivalent), you have proven experience in a customer service department. - You express yourself fluently and clearly in French orally and with conciseness and accuracy in writing. - Ideally, you have good knowledge of understanding German. - You are comfortable working in a Windows environment and Office tools hold no secrets for you. - You are recognised for your sense of service and your ability to propose solutions. - You know how to manage stressful situations and respond professionally to customer requirements. - You demonstrate rigour, organisation in your daily tasks and good discernment in applying standardised processes. - A dynamic work environment and intense activity are sources of motivation for you. - Team cohesion is an important element for your well-being at work.
