Main mission
As a Junior, you assist your team in delivering high‑quality audits, help identify audit issues, and support client relationships while ensuring Grant Thornton standards are met.
Main responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality statutory audits with a positive client experience;
- Identify, research, assess, and inform senior staff members of audit related issues;
- Ensure that the audit work is completed with the quality consistent with Grant Thornton standards;
- Work closely with managers and team members on client management and practice development;
- Work collaboratively with client team members to build rapport and strong client relationships.
Main requirements
- Master degree (BAC +5) in Audit, Accounting or Finance ;
- First internship or experience in Accounting/External Audit is considered as an advantage;
- Fluent in French and English or German and English (any other language is considered an asset);
- Excellent technical accounting skills with proficiency in ISA and IFRS;
- Proactive, rigour and results‑oriented;
- Dynamic with excellent relationship‑building skills, ready to help clients solve urgent issues and future challenges by actively listening and asking insightful questions;
- Strong listener, able to ask the right questions and help clients address key challenges;
- Analytical and strategic, comfortable interpreting data, able to see both the big picture and the details and providing valuable business advice and eager to bring new perspectives and ideas to the team;
- Motivated to grow and succeed, determined to see tasks through and remain adaptable when facing changes.
