Verantwortungsbereiche
- Contribute to ServiceNow project work across implementations, extensions, and optimizations
- Design and implement integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
- Develop automation using Flow Designer/Workflows
- Work with CMDB/CSDM and ITOM/Discovery initiatives
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define scope and deliverables
- Evaluate project opportunities and select engagements that fit profile and availability
