We are looking for a company in the service sector in the Reinach AG area.
Your Tasks
- Assisting with managing the financial accounting (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fee accounting) for several companies - Responsibility for dunning and debt collection, cash and card transactions, as well as the accounts payable workflow - Monitoring and ensuring smooth and timely payment transactions - Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER - Active participation in projects in the area of finance and accounting with a focus on digitalisation and process optimisation - Close collaboration with internal specialist departments as well as cross-location support and deputising within the team - Professional supervision of apprentices in the department
Our Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable field of work - Knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER - Very good knowledge of SAP-FI, knowledge of SAP-SD is an advantage - High degree of personal responsibility, initiative, and independence - Experience in apprentice supervision
