For an internationally oriented trading company, we are looking for reinforcement in order processing at the headquarters in Stans
Your Tasks
- Independent order processing (from quotation to invoice) - Purchasing and correspondence with suppliers in German, English & French - Deadline monitoring and ensuring punctual deliveries - Organisation of transport, customs and warehouse management - Support of the sales field service with technical questions - Maintenance of price lists, article data and documentation
Our Requirements
- Commercial or technical training - Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English and/or French - Experienced use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Structured, independent working method & organisational talent
