To expand the existing team, we are looking for support in sales back office for a traditional Swiss company in Wallisellen.
Your Tasks
- First point of contact for customer enquiries - Preparing quotations - Preparing postal shipments - Recording daily transport orders - Maintaining master data - Preparing various documents as instructed - Close cooperation with purchasing and field sales
Our Requirements
- Commercial basic training - Experience in sales back office (preferably in a technical environment) - Very good PC user skills - Enjoyment of customer contact - A high degree of initiative - Clean and conscientious working style - Good basic knowledge of French is an advantage - Enjoyment of teamwork
