YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- As Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) you focus on the international, future-oriented Talent Acquisition strategy and design and implement end-to-end global processes to ensure the availability of internal and external talent with local requirements in mind.
- For selected international roles, you will be actively running the Talent Acquisition process.
- You design a positive candidate and stakeholder experience with a smooth transition from hiring to onboarding.
- You collaborate closely with local country organizations and international functions to support them in their international Talent Acquisition challenges.
- You define and establish selection and assessment tools to facilitate data-driven, objective and inclusive hiring decisions.
- You work closely with the digital team to drive the digitalization of talent acquisition activities.
- You stay on top of trends and market developments to facilitate innovative global approaches.
- You define global KPIs and measure and continuously improve the efficiency and quality of the process.
WHAT YOU BRING
- You have a Master´s degree in Business or HR Management, Psychology or a related field.
- Additionally, you bring extensive experience in Talent Acquisition for diverse target groups, ideally gained within international medium- to large-sized organizations.
- Your knowledge of selection tools and methods creates solutions for the business.
- You have worked internationally and are familiar with working in multi-cultural environments.
- Your strong communication skills facilitate strong relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have excellent English language skills, other languages are a plus.
