The Employment Law team advises both employers and employees on everything from contracts and compliance to collective employment law, particularly focused on M&A, restructurings, pensions and employee incentives.
What You’ll Do:
- Advise clients on employment rights, disputes, and compliance
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and negotiations
- Complex restructuring and reorganization - with regards to M&A
- Collective bargaining
- Litigation
