About the Role

Camino Search is partnering with a leading private equity fund focused on software investments to appoint an exceptional Finance Director. This role offers the chance to shape and scale the finance function of a high-growth SaaS business, building the infrastructure needed to drive acquisitions and deliver on ambitious exit plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:
  Define and execute the financial strategy to support international expansion, M&A activity, and long-term value creation.
• Exit Preparation:
  Lead financial due diligence, valuations, and negotiations to ensure a smooth and successful exit process.
• Investor Relations:
  Leverage private equity experience to build strong, trusted relationships with investors, boards, and key stakeholders.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance:
  Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across all regulatory and industry standards.
• Operational Excellence:
