Camino Search are seeking an experienced Accounting leader to take ownership of all consolidated financial reporting for a PE owned firm.
This person will be integral to supporting the integration of new acquisitions in a buy & build strategy. Your role will support the CFO in setting up robust consolidated controls.
THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated accounts
- Own statutory reporting, ensuring full compliance with local GAAP
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems, and controls
- Oversee treasury function and cash management
- Oversee group-wide financial governance and balance sheet reporting
- Partner with senior leadership to provide high‑quality analysis and commentary
- Support key finance transformation initiatives
- Support ERP implementation
- Manage relationships with external auditors and key finance stakeholders
About You:
- Qualified accountant, Audit experience is preferred
- Strong technical accounting and consolidation experience
- Proven background in group reporting within a multi‑entity environment
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Experience in an M&A / Integration capacity
