Camino Search is pleased to announce its partnership with the Group CFO of a Private Equity-backed, recurring revenue SaaS company based in Germany. Following a record year in 2024, the business is poised to enter its next phase of growth and is seeking an ambitious Head of FP&A to join the team.

The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced CFO, the board, and key investors, providing strategic insights and financial guidance to shape the company’s commercial strategy and business plans for 2025 and beyond.

Mandate:

• Serve as a strategic partner to the board and investors, transforming data into actionable insights, providing a clear and comprehensive view of the business, and offering guidance on potential exit strategies.
• Lead the planning, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and business partnering processes, identifying new opportunities while optimizing and enhancing existing workflows.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment across sales, product, and operations to drive sustainable business growth.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of analysts, cultivating a results-driven culture, and supporting team members in advancing to the next stage of their careers.

Requirements:

• Advanced expertise in FP&A, ideally with experience working alongside investors in a SaaS or technology-focused business.
• Proficient in ERP systems, with a preference for Netsuite or Lucanet.
• Highly skilled in Excel, with strong capabilities in financial modeling.
• Proven experience in managing and developing teams, with the ability to support and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
