Interim CFO (SaaS)

Camino Search are looking for an experienced Interim CFO to support a growing SaaS business during a period of transition. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including monthly reporting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management
• Lead budgeting and financial planning processes
• Support the CEO and leadership team with strategic decision‑making around GTM and M&A
• Strengthen financial controls, processes, and metrics
• Provide clear visibility on ARR, churn, gross margin, and SaaS unit economics
• Manage investor reporting and external stakeholders
• Support any M&A and integration activity

About You

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader, ideally in a SaaS or subscription business
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition
• Hands‑on, detail‑driven, and comfortable in a scale‑up environment
• Able to start quickly and add value from day one
