We are seeking an Interim Chief of Staff to lead critical initiatives within a B2B SaaS organisation backed by a reputable Private Equity House.
Key Responsibilities
As the Interim CoS, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic transformation initiatives, focusing on
- Integration of Acquisitions: Oversee post-merger integration processes to seamlessly align operations, cultures, and systems, ensuring value creation and synergy realization.
- Target Operating Model (TOM) Review and Redesign: Assess the current operating model, identify areas for optimization, and redesign the TOM to align with growth ambitions and market opportunities.
- EBITDA Efficiencies: Drive operational and cost efficiencies across the organization to maximize profitability and ensure sustainable performance improvements.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and refine go-to-market strategies to accelerate commercial traction, align sales and marketing functions, and drive revenue growth in core and expansion markets.
Key Requirements
- A deep understanding of PE-backed environments, including the pace, priorities, and metrics critical to success.
- A proven track record of leading large-scale transformations, especially within SaaS or technology-focused businesses.
- Hands-on experience in integrating acquisitions, managing change, and aligning teams during periods of significant organizational shift.
- The ability to diagnose operational challenges and craft actionable, data-driven solutions.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to engage with senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Ex MBB consultant is highly desireable
German Language is essential for this position.
