We're currently partnering with a fast-growing software business looking to appoint a Financial Controller to play a key role in overseeing the Group's financial reporting and controls.
What you'll be doing
- Take ownership of the month-end close and group financial reporting process.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements under IFRS and HGB.
- Manage and improve accounting processes, controls and systems to support the continued growth of the business.
- Support the group consolidation process and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing clear financial information and insight.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and take ownership of implementing improvements across the finance function.
What we're looking for
- Strong accounting background, ideally with previous audit experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and HGB.
- Experience across financial reporting, month-end close and group consolidation.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and internal controls.
- Previous experience in a Financial Controller or similar role within a growing business.
