In our Marketing & Communications team we are looking for a Marketing Manager (w/m/d) Events / Marketing Automation at our location in Frankfurt am Main.

Responsibilities

• Develop a holistic event strategy that supports company goals — from target definition to selecting formats and measuring success.
• Conceptualize and independently manage events — from exclusive client events to digital formats like webinars — ensuring smooth execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to align content, timing, and target audiences for events.
• Develop automated marketing journeys (e.g., email campaigns, lead-nurturing flows) for participant generation and continuously optimize along the customer journey.
• Ensure measurability of your activities, analyze performance, and derive optimizations.
• Contribute creative ideas to advance the brand through innovative event formats and automated communication.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a comparable qualification.
• Solid experience in the field, ideally from an agency, a B2B, technology or service company.
• Extensive experience with common CRM and marketing automation tools, ideally Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Dynamics Marketing.
• Strong project management skills, hands-on mentality, and high quality standards for own work.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
