Support business transformation initiatives by analyzing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and coordinating implementation activities. Gather business requirements, map workflows, and assess the impact of changes to systems, processes, and organizational structures. Assist with business cases, implementation plans, stakeholder communications, and training coordination. Track milestones, risks, and performance measures to evaluate progress and support the adoption of new ways of working.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous experience in business analysis, process improvement, change management, or project delivery.
- Familiarity with process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with process mapping, project management, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including explaining proposed changes and their impacts.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and support change adoption.
- Relevant certification in business analysis, project management, change management, or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.
