Summary

We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with hiring leaders and engage and attract top sales and go-to-market talent around the world to Camunda.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs. Develop the recruitment strategy and ways to build a talent pipeline accordingly.
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring a seamless, uniform and positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with key members of the People Team on building and iterating on the strategy to attract diverse, high performing talent.
  • Build your network with high-potential talents to ensure that the business has access to the best talent in the market, working comfortably on a global level.
  • Engage in creative talent mapping efforts for the purposes of building our candidate pipeline as well as to provide market intelligence to the business.
  • Consistently evaluate and iterate on hiring efforts and strategies using metrics and data analysis.
  • Work on recruitment projects and training to improve the standard for hiring within the organization.
  • Harness your expertise to constantly challenge how we hire at Camunda – from processes to hiring manager partnerships.

*This is a remote role and can be located anywhere in the US Central/East. Please note that the majority of this team is based in theEMEA region and an overlap in working hours is required for collaboration

What you’ll bring:

  • In-house recruiting experience in a fast-growing tech company.
  • You have experience with hiring for a diverse range of Go to Market roles i.e. Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers etc. You will also demonstrate flexibility and ability to pivot into other hiring areas as needed.
  • Ability to influence and partner with leadership across the company using a data driven approach.
  • Experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
  • Ability to be proactive, identify areas of improvement, and drive process improvement initiatives.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience using Greenhouse as an ATS
  • Previous experience using Slack as a collaboration tool

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

  • United States: $91200 to $136800
  • Germany: €60700 to €91000
  • United Kingdom: £59100 to £88700
  • Singapore: S$113300 to S$170000

If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.
