We support beverage producers by providing on-site canning solutions. Role Overview Canable is looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Production and Operations Manager to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, coordinate scheduling and logistics, manage inventory, and lead our facility operations. You will play a key role in building efficient workflows, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting a growing team in a dynamic environment. Plan, schedule, and oversee production runs in coordination with client needs and internal capacity Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies Hire, train, and supervise operations staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and quality Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Prepare and analyze operational reports and KPIs to support strategic planning Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field Minimum 5-10 years of experience in an operations or production management role, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or other operational efficiency frameworks Excellent communication skills in both German and English A role with direct impact on a growing company in the beverage and packaging space Flat hierarchies and an open, transparent work culture Competitive salary and room for professional growth
