- Advising our clients on solutions in the areas of IT services and IT outsourcing
- Collaborating and coordinating with colleagues from specialized departments—such as networking, workplace, etc.—to further optimize our infrastructure and that of our clients
- Identifying and processing client requirements and developing solution proposals in collaboration with the sales team
- Presenting sophisticated solution proposals to C-level executives
- Participating in workshops and technology days
- Ensuring our service quality in the area of customer SLAs together with the relevant staff
- Needs assessment and analysis, design, and further development of IT service management processes Incident, Problem, Change, etc. within the framework of the device and customer lifecycle
- Conducting service and project reviews with customers and managing or participating in internal and external meetings relevant to service delivery
- Responsible for the operational and continuous improvement of existing services life cycle
- Providing technical leadership to a team of up to 10 employees
- Authorizing and documenting all changes to the IT infrastructure and its components configuration items
